Yes. Our products can be tailored to fit the shapes and elevations of different pools. The products you receive are based on a careful inspection of your swimming pool setting.
Removal time depends on the number of fence panels that comprise the fenced barrier of the pool. Most installations can be dismantled within a few minutes and easily stored nearby.
No. The portion of the insurance premium that is apportioned for a pool is not reduced by installing removable or permanent pool safety equipment. However, using one of our removable pool fences, pool safety nets, or pool safety covers may keep your premium from rising by helping to prevent a serious accident that could lead to a higher insurance rate. Always check with your carrier to see what their policy is with regard to pool safety barriers.
Pool safety nets and covers are both designed to help keep someone from entering the water unattended. However, pool safety covers also help keep the water free of debris. If you simply need to prevent your child, a pet, or a loved one living with a disability from falling into the water, a pool safety net should work fine. If you need to deter these accidents while keeping your pool from gathering unsightly debris, using a pool safety cover or a net in combination with a leaf pool cover will address both needs.
No. Although a leaf pool cover overlays the surface of a swimming pool, is not designed to withstand the weight of a person crawling or walking across its surface. If you need to help prevent both water accidents and debris accumulation, Applying a leaf pool cover on top of a pool safety net is also a good option or consider a pool safety cover instead.
While safety nets and covers are designed and tested for child safety, in some cases a net or cover can assist with preventing access to the pool. Many people choose to install a pool safety net or pool cover to keep animals like medium/large dogs, ducks, raccoons, etc out of their pool. It can depend on the animal and their determination to get into the pool. Net squares measure 3-1/2 inches by 3-1/2 inches and would not be recommended for small animals.
